You have absolutely no social skills bro. I'm still in high school and I felt FOMO because I wouldn't be very active or careful of social life. But now I improved in my Junior year, entering my senior year and I changed myself completely, I got jacked, joined the football team as a linebacker (got good stats), cleared my skin, got a little bit taller (5'10) etc. I have only kissed some girls (they were chopped though) but never really intimate. I'm trying to get a real relationship in my senior year when it starts but the only hard part is trying to start a conversation without being cliche. I improved myself because I decided that I want to live a fulfilling life where I am remembered after I die. So, I decided to stop sitting on my ass all day on my PC. The point is, stop crying and get out there and have fun with people. Improve your social life. But at 29 right now I'm afraid you need more things to worry about.

It’s hard to explain to someone that has never been invited to the dance, that it’s not all that it is hyped up to be. Sex and relationships can be enjoyable but there are equally as many people posting videos about heart break and are just as emotional as you. Stay strong my friend. Nothing worth having comes without perseverance and practice. The best advice I can give you as cliche as it sounds, you will find someone when you’re not looking. Ive had plenty of girlfriends and im jealous. They only have made my depression worse and the ruin my credit and have sex with other men.

I’m 28 1/2 years old and Autistic and Bisexual, no friends, can’t get a girlfriend or boyfriend, Barely employed, very undereducated, relying on social security and Medicaid to keep my apartment which was a hassle to get, couldn’t drive yet, parents over protective to where I had very limited opportunities and missed out on a lot, almost no money, singled and virgin, formerly trapped in my parents house. It can be disappointing, boring, lonesome, frustrating, exhausting and sometimes even depressing and miserable, being autistic and bisexual together and having opinions political views and religious beliefs that are more unique and different than most other people even on social media it’s hits twice as hard then most people. I feel you I have 2 best friends and the third disappeared the other 2 remain one is pursuing his dream career with Walt Disney Company and the other is so busy between his jobs that he loves paid well and respected at, being a volunteer firefighter 🧑🏻‍🚒, a deacon at his church ⛪️ and other volunteer sites schooling he gots, driving his vehicles, building his dream career his hundreds of friends and family members who are always supporting him and there for him and love him, and his possible girlfriend who is not open about their relationship yet. Yet he has people in his life like me who have similar interests and personalities traits as me and they all shunned me but my buddy had respect for they’re attributes while he was more teasing disrespectful and condescending to me because we both had issues with our friendship and we haven’t been seeing each other often, so I’m alone and feel Extremely unaccomplished too. But I’m sure one day you’ll find happiness and if you find to take the right steps things will around and you’ll get to find true love ❤️ one day.

I had my first kiss and my first girlfriend when I was 26. Now I'm almost 40. I married this woman 13 years later (last year) and now have 2 children with her. I mean wtf? I would never have thought that at 26. Stay strong and try to work on it, it is possible! I also had depression, really bad depression, and then I went to therapy, did sport and it slowly got better. You can do it! Incidentally, I also felt extremely ugly back then, I thought everyone was laughing and talking about me. I couldn't look at myself in the mirror and so on. I want to tell you one more thing because I know exactly how you feel: You do NOT look ugly!

I am 24 years old, and I am still a virgin too, i have no friends, i am very lonely. I tried different methods to get friends, and get in contact with several people but nothing worked. So after a while i realised that i have to let go of this, because i will be anxious and stressed out all the time. This realisation was extremely important, cause i developed a different mindset. I only care about the things that make me happy about life, I go cycling everyday because i love it, i listen to cheerful music, I sing, i work out, i play musical instruments etc. I only do these things in my free time, and i dont really think about being lonely, and living in solitude. My life became much better for this reason, and this is my advice for people like you. I can really understand what you are going through, i really sympathise with you. To be honest sometimes the negative feelings still drag me down, and its hard to cope with them, but i always overcome the negativity, and i can let it go. So I can safely say that nothing is lost, everything is only up to your mindset. Don't let life drag you down, stay true to yourself, and do whatever makes you happy. That's all that matters brother!

The best advice I have for you man, is to go to God. I am not forcing God/Jesus down your throat, but I'm telling you to just give it a chance. Give God a chance. He will help you. Things may seem all screwed up now, but there is going to be a day where you look back on now and you'll see how much you've grown.

Watching where you were and where you are: You've made progress. We all make progress when we choose to. You are making good choices. You are thinking about what would be a good choice and acting on it. It's as simple and as complicated as that. Keep making those good choices.

I was just like you and lost my virginity at 26. I'll tell you how I did it step by step by importance: 1. Lift weights/cardio. I won't even dive into the plethora of mental and physical benefits of this but I will say that it regulates sleep, mood, diet, and etc. This is mandatory as it will do wonders for your confidence(which you'll need). Will it suck at first? Of course, but you're already in pain. Transfer the metaphysical pain to the physical and you won't believe the evolution that takes place. That being said, don't embrace the incel/manosphere crap. I can tell you already despise that shit but it must be mentioned. 2. Internalize the realization that every social interaction is transactional/conditional and that no one gives a fuck about you(and same of you about them) until you mentally stimulate them(or they mentally stimulate you). This means creating a generically charismatic persona that you adapt on a case by case basis in real time to compliment the person you're interacting with. Is this disingenuous? Doesn't matter. Its strategic. As you interact with someone more, you'll know whether or not showing your true colors will be advantageous or not. 3. Learn how to deflect questions and steer conversation back to the asker. Most people(and especially women) generally talk about themselves and their lives so this isn't difficult. Yet, they will still ask you questions about yourself either through genuine curiosity or the courtesy of conversation. Answer vaguely and then rotate the attention back to them. If you're good, you'll get to a point where you know everything about them and they know nothing about you. This isn't ideal but you have to realize that if you answer honestly, you will just confirm that your life has been a living hell born of depressive squalor and social desolation. People like to talk to people they can relate to and nobody normal can relate to that. This won't last forever as the more you socialize, the more genuine you can reflect on your own life but in the beginning, it is definitely "fake it til you make it". 4. Never show your emotions. This doesn't mean to reject them, though. Be in tune with your emotions. Tell people EXACTLY how you feel when you feel it but never show them. Attractive men aren't afraid to express themselves but are stoic when doing so. If you can't master the internal, you sure as fuck can't master anything external. 5. Don't ask for permission; Ask for forgiveness. This DOESN'T mean consent isn't important but consent comes in many forms and women prefer that your read the nonverbal signs. If you are on the spectrum and have no concept of how to understand body language, then(for the love of god) ignore this step. 6. Lose the glasses and get contacts. You are heavily near sighted. Do you know how I know? Because I am heavily near sighted and had the same ugly glasses. Powerful prescriptions cause lens warp which distorts your face to unnatural proportions and you look terrible because of it. VERY few people can pull off glasses. I wasn't one of them and neither are you. This is also mandatory. Will it suck putting them in and out at first? Yes, but this process isn't about comfort. You have to get OUT of your comfort zone. 7. Style your hair and clothes. People will NEVER care about you if you don't show them you care about yourself. This doesn't mean that you have to follow all the trends to a tee but there is a way to be trendy and insert unique style. You just have to put in the work.

Thanks for this video - Really needed to hear this. I agree everyone is on their own journey. I think these days with social media it makes it harder for people not to compare to people though. For me I noticed I haven't been swimming for a while as I have been putting weight on. Sometimes it is about being self aware of how things have changed over time. I have previously done a lot of charity swims so it is nice to be back in the pool again. I am managed to get my 7th charity swim sorted out for next month.
